Service Scope:

1. The Service Provider agrees to assist the Client in obtaining the following necessities:

• a) Social Insurance Number (SIN);
• b) Bank Account;
• c) SIM card and Phone Number;
• d) Manitoba Health Card;

2. The Service Provider will book all necessary appointments on behalf of the Client and provide transportation to and from each appointment.

1. Appointment Booking and Transportation.
   The Service Provider will transport the Client from the location (within the city limits of Winnipeg) specified by the Client, and will provide transportation to the appointment locations. After completing all appointments, the Service Provider will drop off the Client at the same location where they were picked up.
2. The Service Provider will transport the Client to the following locations:
   
    a) Service Canada
   
    b) Cell phone provider
   
    c) Financial institution

Client Responsibilities:

3. The Client agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• a) The Client will provide two forms of identification required for opening a bank account and obtaining a SIN number.
• b) The Client will bring any permits issued to them by the government of Canada.

Liability And Disclaimer

• 4. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or issues caused by third parties during the process of obtaining the necessities mentioned in Section 1.
• 5. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any car accidents caused by third parties during transportation.

Confidentiality And Disclaimer

• 6. The Service Provider agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and secure.

Governing Law

• 7. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any clients who use forged or illegal documents during the process.
• Termination of Services:
• 8. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
